This website is designed to be a place where I share my personal knowledge and experience on my journey to vibrant health; spiritual, physical and mental as they all go together. I may at times use information of those I respect and agree with, of course properly and with the necessary permissions. I will discuss what I do personally which will include foods I eat as well as supplements I use and where I procure them. I do not to purport to know everything and am open to any comments, suggestion and correction you might have, feel free to express your thoughts.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD
The Lord is my shepherd,
